Preparation

Beforehand, the construction site must be protected to prevent the passage of vehicles, pedestrians and animals.

The ground:

For a weak traffic, the ground must be unpacked(paid out) on a 45 cm height and filled(performed) with materials crushed on a 30 cm height. Superficial waters must be evacuated. For a more important traffic, a calculation of road must be studied.

The coffering:

He can be traditionally realized with bastaings but the technique of the calepinage is deeply advised.

The calepinage and the joints PVC:

Typical materials stones, bricks, pavements create ornamental bands(strips) and serve as support points during the application. The coffering wood is so suprimé. Placed in a sensible way, the calepinage also kills(abolishes) the joints which, otherwise, must be foreseen (in the case of a fibré concrete, all 25 m ², with the biggest lower length with 2.5 times the width).

Protection of the calepinage and the neighborhoods:

Pulverize or apply a product protecting the calepinage of the concrete projections.

Iron framework:

The deactivated is fibré, what allows to kill(abolish) the grate anti-fissurings the pose(installation) of which is always painful and delicate (the grate that must be at the middle height of the thickness of the concrete). A fibré concrete replaces on no account the grate of structure.
